You can get started with our platform in just one week! Our team is dedicated to ensuring a swift and seamless setup for your restaurant. Upon filling out the Get Started form above, you'll receive further information about our quick and easy onboarding process.

How do you process payments and how do we receive our earnings?

Payments made by customers through Foodies Takeout & Delivery are processed securely. Your earnings will be transferred to your bank account via direct deposit nightly. Please note, there's a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

Do I need any special equipment to use Foodies Takeout & Delivery?

No special equipment is required! We will send you an iPad that comes with our app for you to receive orders. Many restaurants find this works perfectly fine, but if you would like a printer as well, we will provide one for you for $350.

Who will deliver our food?

When a customer selects delivery on your website or on our platform, we send a bid request to the Delivery Service Providers (DSPs). We analyze the rates and delivery times and select the best option to apply at checkout for your customer. The customer is responsible for all the fees and you keep 100% of the order revenue. You can also use your own drivers if you would like.

Does my restaurant have to offer delivery to use this service?

No! Many restaurants use our platform for pickup orders only. Along with saving your staff time by reducing phone orders, online ordering often leads to many customers ordering more frequently and might even adding a few extra items to their cart, resulting in higher average order values. The ease of online ordering for customers has become the expectation for them and using Foodies can help you provide that easily.

How will our customers place their orders?

Along with our own online marketplace that will give your restaurant free traffic, we will add an ordering link to your website, Google Business Profile, social pages, and any other place online you wish to promote.
